Why should I use Big Dutch Cleaning Service?

Why do you provide free in-home house cleaning consultation?
Big Dutch offers free in-home or on-site consultations to ensure our service delivery standards meet your needs and expectations. We understand that every household is unique. Therefore, we custom tailor every service package to your wants, needs and desires.
Do I have to have a contract?
While most of our customers prefer to use regular daily, weekly or monthly services, contracts are not a requirement for Big Dutch Home Cleaning. We are happy to earn your confidence each time we visit you. We also provides special 'one-off' detailed move-in, move-out cleaning.
Do you guarantee your services?
Absolutely! If you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied. It's that simple. If you ever encounter a problem or have any questions, Frank or Dot are just a phone call away. As soon as we have spoken to you, and assessed the situation will correct the problem immediately.
Who do I call if there is a problem?
If you have a question or a problem whilst you’re cleaning team is on site, simply speak with the team leader. Otherwise, please call 07810404475 to speak with Frank or Dot.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes, we are not an agency. We (Frank & Dot) are the stars of the show and you're cleaners when you hire Big Dutch.
Can I trust Big Dutch Home Cleaning’s employees?
Yes. If we cannot trust someone to clean our own home or office, we will not send them to clean yours...
Do I have to be at home?
That is completely up to you. Our goal is to meet your cleaning requirements in the most stress-free way possible. If you decide that you don't want to be at home, we will discuss arrangements for entry to your home whilst you are away. Many clients prefer to give us a key, which is then given a code designation and secured when not in use. Others may wish to hide a key, in a safe place, for the housekeeping team to use on a one-time basis.
Do you have a problem with pets?
We love animals and understand that pets are important members of your family. However, your pets may not be comfortable with our cleaning crew—or the vacuum cleaner—initially. This is why we will discuss what arrangements are best for you and your family, before we carry out a cleaning service.
How do I pay?
When you’re a new client of Big Dutch Cleaning, the first 4 times we work with you, cash payment at the end of each job is required. After this we are happy to allow for a bank transfer or standing order to be set up. Please note digital transfers are always to be paid in advance of the work.
Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?
Our teams of cleaning service professionals will arrive with all the supplies and equipment needed to make your home sparkling clean and fresh, from top to bottom. And because Big Dutch Home Cleaning Service uses only “all-green” non-toxic products, you can be assured of a deep and thorough clean that is also safe for your family, pets and the wider environment.
